Our Magento CMS Page Tree Extension allows store owners automatically create a left side information page menu display in the frontend of the store for CMS pages that have been created. It does so using the native page hierarchy function used in Magento to manage ‘Categories’. All one needs to do is create the CMS pages desired then use our extension to create an easy to access navigation tree layout to be displayed in the frontend. Overview

The ECSSO’s CMS Tree module adds the ‘Page Levels’ feature of CMS applications/framework to Magento. By default, Magento allows creating pages only and the link to those pages needs to be hardcoded on each page template in order to appear in a navigational tree in the front end. Adding page navigation to the store is a difficult task for the store owner and such customization to the CMS section most often requires the assistance and help of a website developer, often some one that is familiar with Magento development.

The extension uses Magento’s default leveling system used in the way it manages ‘Categories’ and applies the functions and principles in managing Magento’s ‘CMS’ pages.

Our Magento CMS Page Tree Extension is a very helpful as it provides the much needed ability for easily displaying information pages in the store in a hierarchy and meaningful structure, with out the need of a developer to do this.
