The Magento Order Export (XML & CSV) Extension offers Magento store owners greater flexibility in the way they handle and process orders. It addresses a very important and functional need of sales order data migration and integration for those eCommerce stores using Magento. This highly useful extension enables Magento store owners to easily interface with other mission critical applications that require the sales order data that has been generated via online through the Magento eCommerce store.

This extension has been developed to address the specific need for Magenot store owners to easily export sales order data and information out of Magento to another location, or into another system in an efficient and cost effective way. As a solution developed to solve our client’s specific need in this area, it has helped our clients address the issues involved in data integration which has often become hindrance and cause of inefficiency. The fact is that all eCommerce stores use various and even multiple 3rd party systems for managing their operations. Such systems and applications may include CRM (Customer Relationship Management Systems), accounting packages such as MYO, Quick Books, sales, inventory and the likes. These mission critical systems often require sales order data that is generated through (an often) stand alone Magenot eCommerce store, to be captured and processed.

Magento Order Export (XML & CSV) Extension allows Magento store owners to address the need for sales order integration is a cost effective way with out the need of costly custom integration and development.

The Magento Order Export (XML & CSV) Extension offers two options of exporting data. It offers both a ‘batch’ approach to exporting sales order data were the Magento orders are aggregated and then can be exported as a single file. It also provides the option to send the individual orders by email in real-time as soon as they are generated.

Our extension also allows the store owner to determine how they will export Magento sales orders, in either a CSV or XML file format.

The extension has two core functions:

Function 1: The first function allows the Magento store administrator to export the entire order as CSV or XML file format.

Function 2: The second function allows the store to send each order placed by individual customers to a specified email ID in both CSV and XML file format.
