After you have purchased any of our Magento extensions, if you are not fully satisfied with the extensions, you can claim 100% your money back by returning the license within 7 days of purchase. We will take the license back, if claimed by within 7 days of purchase and will refund the full money excluding the bank service charges.

Regarding purchases of our services, we would not be able to refund the money once we start the work. However after purchasing our services online if you have second thoughts and wish not to proceed with our services, please let us know within 24 hours of purchasing the services so that we can refund 100% of the money excluding the bank service charges. We will not be charging you for any work we have done during this 24 hours. But if you are making a refund request for services purchased after 24 hours, we will not be able to refund any money that you may have already paid.

Regarding Magento Template Products/ Goods once shipped would not be taken back or refunds made. It is the responsibility of the buyer to fully understand these conditions, before affecting any purchases of Magento template products at our website. Please ensure that you have read and understood clearly the contents of the 'sources available' section.

However, in exceptional and very rare cases, refunds would be made only if it is clearly proved that the products purchased are not the products shipped or received. This would be purely on a case to case basis and only on mutual understanding of both the parties.
